Metric Cups
  • 500 grams cranberries
  • 345 grams caster sugar
  • 17⅔ ounces cranberries
  • 12⅙ ounces superfine sugar

Method

  • Wash the berries, place in a pan with the sugar & 825ml water, put on the lid and cook for 10 minutes giving it the odd stir until the berries are soft.
  • Puree strain & leave to cool before freezing in your ice cream machine
