Divine Garlic Bread

Preheat the oven at 350 Fahrenheit. Slice the baguette diagonally into about 18-20 pieces. Crush the garlic cloves. Mix in a small bowl the margarine, olive oil, crushed garlic, and adding the oregano and cayenne peppers; stirring with a spoon. Add a sprinkle of salt -- not too much as the garlic and spices add their own salt. Spread the margarine mixture onto one side of the pre-cut pieces of baguette. Cover generously in cheese and sprinkle more oregano on top. Place in the oven for about 20 mins or until the cheese has melted and is starting to get that golden rusty colour. Share with people you love!
