Ingredients
Serves: Up to 20 biscuits
- 150 grams plain flour
- 100 grams mature cheddar (grated)
- 50 grams stilton cheese (crumbled/roughly cubed)
- 150 grams butter (cubed)
- 1 large egg yolk
- ½ teaspoon English mustard powder (or 1 tsp whole grain mustard)
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- fresh coriander
- olive oil
- fresh chives (chopped - optional)
- 1 tablespoon herbs de provence (check doesn't contain lavender - optional)
- poppy seeds (or sesame seed - optional)
- 5⅓ ounces all-purpose flour
- 3½ ounces mature cheddar (grated)
- 1¾ ounces stilton cheese (crumbled/roughly cubed)
- 5⅓ ounces butter (cubed)
- 1 large egg yolk
- ½ teaspoon English mustard powder (or 1 tsp whole grain mustard)
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
