Ingredients

Metric Cups
  • 125 millilitres sugar
  • 500 millilitres water
  • 85 grams gelatine (raspberry flavoured)
  • 170 grams creme fraiche
  • juice of 1 lime
  • ½ teaspoon vegetable vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 63 millilitres soda water
  • 2 tablespoons honey (clear)
  • 2 tablespoons condensed milk (tea milk)
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 4 fluid ounces sugar
  • 18 fluid ounces water
  • 3 ounces gelatine (raspberry flavoured)
  • 6 ounces creme fraiche
  • juice of 1 lime
  • ½ teaspoon vegetable vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 2 fluid ounces soda water
  • 2 tablespoons honey (clear)
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk (tea milk)
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Method

The Pink Panther is a community recipe submitted by waleed_fs and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.

  • On a high flame, boil the water with the salt, sugar and vinegar. As soon as the water is boiling, add the gelatine. Whisk well and add the powdered milk. Dissolve the powdered milk completely then add the condensed milk, crème fresh, honey and the soda water.
  • Leave until the edges start to simmer and the centre starts to steam, add the butter and place on a very cold baking tray and place in the freezer overnight.
  • Take it out in the morning and cut it into desirable shapes.
  • Return to the freezer, do not place it in the fridge otherwise it will melt. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!
