  • 18 baby potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 green chillies
  • 4 tablespoons fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dried chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon green peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 18 baby potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 green chiles
  • 4 tablespoons cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon green peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup

  • Wash potatoes, prick with fork and apply oil. Roast for 30-40 mins.
  • Chop the rest.
  • Halve potatoes with skin on.

  • Toss in potatoes. Garnish with coriander
