Pre heat oven to 180. Wash potatoes, prick with fork and apply oil. Roast for 30-40 mins. Chop the rest. Halve potatoes with skin on. In a bowl mix lemon, salt, sugar, chillies, peppercorn, ketchup. Toss in potatoes. Garnish with coriander
