Metric Cups
  • 250 grams pasta
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 150 grams ham
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley (a big bunch, roughly chopped)
  • 1 small lemon (grated rind of)
  • 1½ tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 handful Parmesan cheese (a good handful, grated)
  • 8⅚ ounces pasta
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5⅓ ounces ham
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley (a big bunch, roughly chopped)
  • 1 small lemon (grated rind of)
  • 1½ tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 handful Parmesan cheese (a good handful, grated)

Method

  • Cook the pasta until al dente then drain and pour back into the saucepan add the ham mixture and stir well.
