Freeze citrus fruits whole, you get loads more juice out of them (once defrosted of course). The zest does discolour but it does not affect the taste.

Show more commentsOn the freezing of whole citrus fruit, I often have the fruit minus its zest. Do you think that the fruit juice will be ok? Can I freeze with a shell or will the fruit juice be subpar?
