I did write about my love for this Coriander, Jalapeño and Garlic Salsa when I uploaded it to the website a short while ago, but I bring it eagerly to your attention again. If you like food with fire, then you simply must try it. It’s simple to make and, once tried, you will find that it creeps onto your table at just about every meal. I’d panic now if I didn’t have a jar in the fridge. And everyone who’s eaten it at my house (hard to avoid) is so gratifyingly enthusiastic about it, that I find I have to make enough to give people small jars for them to take away with them. Once you try it, you’ll find it hard to stop: it is, simply, the most seductive salsa.
