Cheddar Dill Muffins

Preheat oven to 400. Sift flour with salt, baking powder & sugar. Stir in dill. Combine egg, yogurt, milk & melted butter. Gently stir liquid mixture into flour mixture until just blended. fold in grated cheese. Using an ice cream scoop, fill buttered muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake @400 for 20-25 min. Makes 12-15 large muffins.

- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh dill
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup grated Cheddar cheese
