  • 1500 millilitres coffee (not too strong)
  • 525 millilitres red wine
  • 750 millilitres grappa (or eau-de-vie)
  • 12 teaspoons caster sugar
  • 1 orange zest
  • 52⅔ fluid ounces coffee (not too strong)
  • 18⅖ fluid ounces red wine
  • 26⅓ fluid ounces grappa (or eau-de-vie)
  • 12 teaspoons superfine sugar
  • 1 orange zest
