Serves: 4
For the Spinach Gnocchi
- 1½ kilograms spinach
- 200 grams Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 150 grams flour
- 250 grams ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- salt
- pepper
For the Sauce
- ½ litre cream
- 150 grams gorgonzola cheese
For the Spinach Gnocchi
- 3⅓ pounds spinach
- 7 ounces Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 5⅓ ounces flour
- 8⅚ ounces ricotta cheese
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- salt
- pepper
For the Sauce
- ⅞ pint cream
- 5⅓ ounces gorgonzola cheese
