Introduction

I call these my best friend Choc Chip cookies because my best friend who I absolutely adore gave me the recipe. It makes around 60 cookies depending on the size you choose to make. So easy and so yummmmyyy!!! You will love them!

Ingredients

Serves: Around 60 cookies

  • 510 grams butter
  • 12 tablespoons superfine sugar
  • 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
  • 1125 millilitres self-raising flour
  • 510 grams milk chocolate chips

Method

  • Cream the butter and sugar
  • Stir in the sweet and condensed milk.
  • Add the flour and choc chips and stir to combine. Roll balls of the mixture how big or small as you wish. I usually use around a tablespoon as a guide.
  • Place the balls on a tray lined with greaseproof paper. Flatten balls slightly with a fork.
  • Bake in a 180 degree oven for around 8 minutes depending on the size.
  • Use the first tray as a guide as to how long to bake. You are after just a tiny bit of golden brown.
