- 250 grams dark chocolate
- 75 grams muscovado sugar
- 75 grams butter (melted)
- 40 grams plain flour
- 5 eggs
- 8⅚ ounces bittersweet chocolate
- 2⅔ ounces muscovado sugar
- 2⅔ ounces butter (melted)
- 1⅖ ounces all-purpose flour
- 5 eggs
