A great way to use up left over chicken. Everyone loves this when I put it in a Tupperware for their lunches. Not an original I'm afraid but it's from The Sainsbury Collection Wholefood Cooking
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons natural yogurt
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- ½ teaspoon honey
- 4 ounces cooked chicken
- ½ thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 2 slices pineapples
- 2 scallions
- 1 ounce wholewheat pasta (cooked)
