  • 120 grams spaghetti
  • 1 tin tuna (good quality)
  • 15 grams butter
  • 10 black olives
  • 40 grams Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • black pepper (freshly grated)
  • 4¼ ounces spaghetti
  • 1 tin tuna (good quality)
  • ½ ounce butter
  • 10 black olives
  • 1⅖ ounces Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • black pepper (freshly grated)

Method

  • Boil pasta as per the packet
  • drain water (oil) from tuna.
  • Chop olives roughly.
  • Mix pasta with butter, roughly flaked tuna, olives and half the cheese, so the cheese melts into the rest of the ingredients.
  • Give a good grinding of black pepper, scatter the rest of the cheese over....eat!
