Juicy tomatoes & basil, sugar & roses covered by a cloud of sour cream... Thats my Sweet & sour delicate tomato soup.

Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato
  • 3 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 1¼ litres bouillon
  • 250 millilitres sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons rose syrup
  • 2 laurel leaf or bay leaves
  • rose petals (for decorating)
  • fresh basil (for decorating)
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • Chop tomatoes and garlic fry a little on olive oil. Put vegetable bouillon into it. Mix and easy cook together with chopped carrot, leaf of laurel, sugar, tomato puree (20-30 minutes).
  • When soup ready, take out lourel leaf.
  • Decorate with basil, rose petals and sour cream.
