Pineapple Curry

3 tablespoon of olive oil, fried garlic, ginger and onion until turn brown, put the curry powder that already stir with 10 tablespoon of plain water. Fried it until it turn to dark brown colour and the oil become red/brown colour. Put all of the pineapple and sugar. Let it cook for 15 minutes. Lastly put 1 glass of coconut milk and plain water and let it cook again for 8 minutes.
Introduction

- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 3 red onions (crushed)
- 2 slices fresh ginger
- 1 pineapple (whole - slice it in 2 inch rounds)
- 5 tablespoons curry powder
- 10 tablespoons water (plain)
- coconut milk (a glass)
- water (plain, a glass)
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
