Method

  • Assemble lines of Lavosh sheets, and spread them with butter, cream cheese, mascarpone, feta, mayo, mustard; each sheet gets a different spread to make a variety of wraps.
  • Add walnuts or pistachios to the cream cheese, mascarpone, and feta. Add herbs. Roll lavash sheets into logs and cut into bite sized sandwiches.
  • Continue making tomato, pickles, cheese, and herbs wraps. Next, you can make turkey and cheese with lettuce leaves, mayo and mustard.
  • To be more creative, you can always sprinkle walnut or pistachio pieces over the mayo spread and wrap with turkey and cheese.
  • To hold wraps from falling apart, insert sandwich toothpicks through them.
  • Additional Information

These wraps keep well in the fridge and ice box. Package them tightly with plastic wraps. Serve with chilled drinks, fruit slices, and chips.
