Slice the melon in half. Scoop out the center seeds into a bin. Using a melon baller scoop pieces of the melon onto the plate. Separate the melon pieces onto the plates of the people being served. Open the bottle of Sea food sauce and use another tablespoon and put a blob or so onto each plate. Serve straight away.
The Sauce goes perfectly with the melon and it all pieces together.
