Eggs In Mince Mixtures

I’ve always found the taste of mince mixtures unpleasant, but didn’t know that eggs were the problem. I was watching a cookery programme in which the cook said that, if you found mince mixtures unpleasant, use two egg yolks instead of one whole egg, it’s the egg white which imparts that taste.
