  • 200 grams canned tuna
  • 500 grams black-eyed beans
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 bunch fresh flatleaf parsley (a good bunch)
  • 1 sprinkling of vinegar
  • olive oil (good quality)
  • 7 ounces canned tuna
  • 17⅔ ounces black-eyed beans
