                                        Blitz all the marinade ingredients in a blender.  Put your lamb in a bag or bowl. Slap the marinade on your meat and leave for 12 - 36 hours in a fridge or cool place.  Barbeque your meat over direct medium heat.  - 1 bunch fresh mint
 - 1 tablespoon rowan jelly
 - 8 cloves garlic
 - 1 tablespoon tomato paste
