Do you have recipes for meals that are simple, and with not too many ingredients, for two people that I can make to freeze?
Our answer
Nigella has many recipes that are suitable for freezing and wherever possible the recipe has make ahead and freezing information at the bottom of the recipe method - in the "Additional Information" box. Soups and stews are particularly good for freezing and many stews actually taste better when made ahead and reheated.
Using the seach engine on Nigella.com you can search on keywords, so if you have a particular ingredient then put this into the search box and press enter, then refine the search by clicking on the "Refine Your Search" button, where you can filter the results. Some of our favourite make ahead and freezable recipes are Chicken Barley, Carbonnade a la Flamande, Slow-Cooker Moroccan Chicken Stew and Meatballs With Orzo.
